Week 3

Week 3 questions:

• How does your exercise program fit into your weekly schedule? 

Not the greatest im quite a busy person but its nice to take some time for my health.

• Comment on how easy or hard it is to find the time to exercise.

 Its hard for me, since im really busy and usually when i do have spare time i just want to relax.

• What are your stress levels before and after exercise? Definitely more stressed before exercising, rather than after. Although you feel tired, its a good feeling.

• What was your nutritional habit change that you chose last week to do for this week? 

Eat less carbs and sugars.

• Did you follow it consistently? 

Not consistently but i’ve eaten no carbs and less processed sugar, the only sugars i try to have are from fruits.

• What will be your next nutritional goal for the following 2 weeks?

Cutting out dairy.
