1. On a scale of 1-10, what effort did you give the workout this week?
I give my effort an 8
2. List three specific examples of what would motivate you to participate in and stick to a regular exercise routine?
If i saw results, I feel i wouldn’t stop working out.
3.List three specific barriers or excuses which would prevent you from doing so?
Laziness, lack of time, my big appetite.
4.What type of workouts and physical activities do you like?
Im more of an activity or sports person rather than going to the gym, i think the gym is very boring. I like playing soccer, basketball, football, volleyball, boxing
5.Do you prefer going to the studio/gym or working out at home?
Id prefer going to the gym than working out at home because my home isn’t as motivating.
6.What could you see yourself doing as exercise for the remainder of your life?
Sports.
7. How was your nutrition over the course of this week?
Not the greatest.
8.What would you like to change in your nutrition for the following week?
Eating less sugar and carbs.
